You may know that there will be another Thai Professor, Dr. Jirawat, joining us dinner. Dining there is ok, but another option would be a restaurant close to the hotel.

I guess he might want to try authentic Thai food. They could be Thai well known dishes such as Tum-Yum Koong. He likes spicy foods. Whatever is fine. Thank you so much.

That's a plan. The meeting will be done around 6-6.30p on Tue. As I have talked to my advisor, it seems he will be available after. My advisor suggest that we could have dinner together because he does not want any gift. By the way you may see him at the hotel's lobby. I will email you his photo.

Let's plan having dinner with him. If anything changes I will let you know. This is his first time to visit Thailand. So, he does not know anything. Conversation would be about his trip, Thai food and attraction places.

For example,
How was his trip?
Has he ever been Thailand?
How long will he stay?
Has he visited any place? He may say no....
You may mention what to do, where to visit in BKK.
Have he tried Thai food? What kinds of dish does he like?...

Take it easy. My advisor is really nice, calm.

My advisor will be in Thailand for surimi school held at Radisson Hotel Bangkok from August 18-20. He will get there early Sunday morning and be available to meet my parents on Tuesday (19) at 7 pm. He is still not sure whether he will be available to have dinner with them. Definitely, they can meet and talk to him at that time. If there is any change, I will let you know.

By the way, you may know I am going to visit Thailand in October. I am wondering if you want anything as a gift. Any preference? I do not have ideas what to buy for you and your brothers. Also, this might be a time you can get update things from your dad (5555).

Actually I told my mom that my advisor's schedule is so tight. So, we do not need to worry about him. However, I could schedule my advisor if my dad and mom want to meet him at his hotel.

Did you watched the olympic 2008 opening ceremony? It was totally awesome!!! The chinese really did it. Now, I wonder what would the next olympic host do? China has set a really high standard. ^^"
